General Plastics is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems company.

We have the ability to inspect and verify digitally. This is accomplished in our QC lab using a Romer arm. This machine has the ability to scan surfaces as well as point to point measurements. Quality goes beyond dimensions…we have gloss and color measuring equipment which is used on incoming inspections to assure aesthetic requirements are met.

General Plastics fully integrated ERP system controls the process start to finish. This includes order entry, BOM, work instructions and scheduling – all information is live.
