The next generation of part trimming is Robotic Trimming in 6-axis capability.
Our capabilities for precise robotic trimming on an additional axis of operation can reduce cycle times by up to 30%. Further, because of the robotic trimming process, rotating tables can be used to load/unload parts while another part is being trimmed. Cycle time for trimming is reduced as the loading is being done safely within cycle.
Changes in your part requirements due to revisions can easily be added to existing programs, or created as new routines to allow going back to earlier revision designations if required.
